Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. When your spirit shines brightly, people see you for who you really are, and not by how you appear on the outside. The internal eye of the beholder is as receptive to internal beauty as the physical eyes are to physical beauty.
Yesterday I was listening to the “Tapestry” album by Carole King. I heard the below lyrics and wanted to share them.
“You’ve got to get up every morning
With a smile on your face
And show the world
All the love in your heart
Then people gonna treat you better
You’re gonna find, yes you will
That you’re beautiful as you feel”
-Lyrics, Carole King, “Beautiful”
How beautiful do you want to feel today? Do your actions match your desire? Do you treat others the way you want to be treated?
When we want something in this life, it is important to make sure our actions mimic our desires. You get what you give. Give beautiful thoughts, actions and ideas to receive a beautiful life.
This life is yours for the making. Make yourself happy on the inside and let every action reflect your internal beauty. People will worship your beauty!
“Beauty, like supreme dominion
Is but supported by opinion”
-Benjamin Franklin, Poor Richard’s Almanac
