The intention for this blog–the “blogic” behind why I created it, if you will–is to help people realize they have the power to better their lives. I happened to find this power through yoga, both the physical practice and the spirituality. I created this blog to share that awareness with you.
This is not new stuff. Nothing I write about is original. These are all things I have learned from my yoga studies. I am just sharing them.
How This Blog Works
On the right hand side of the page, you will find a section called “Read More by Category”. The category tab has a drop down box where you can find blog posts relating to: Yoga-General; Gratitude; Happiness; Spirituality; Empowerment; Postures and Breathwork; and an About Amber category.
Continuing down the right hand side, there is a section called “Recent Posts” which shows you the last 5 posts. The section directly below that, called “Top Posts and Pages”, links the most recently read posts, as voted by you, the reader.
Finally, there is also a link in the upper right hand corner called This Week’s Featured Post. This page is reserved for showing either the week’s most MVB (Most Valuable Blog), or a blog from the past that I was inspired to re-post
